Here are some parting shots as we drove down highway 101 in Oregon. Since I've learned that it's extremely dangerous to try to take pictures AND drive an RV, there are no shots of this gorgeous drive. The trees along the road would, at times, completely cover you overhead.
There would be hairpin turns with panoramic vistas of the cliffs, the forest, the sky and the ocean. It was simply glorious!
I really wish we could have lingered here a while.
The weather has been nearly perfect. As you can see it was cold enough for long sleeves, but jackets were not needed.
The trees have grown sideways from the strong winds.
There was some lingering fog that cloaked the mountains.
